Hp laptop keyboard won't type "b n 1"or ''tab esc'' other keys ok..

Either your keyboard cable needs to be reseated or your keyboard is going bad and needs to be replaced. The keyboard cable is under the keyboard and it attaches to a slot on the motherboard. You'll have to partially disassemble the laptop to get to it. Hopefully you're not having this problem because you spilled a liquid on the keyboard.

Here's a fail safe alternative. Bring up google's website www.google.com and in the search box type "download.cnet.com" (without the quotes) and click the link to go to their site. When the site comes up look immediately to the left and you will see a gray area that says Find Software. Type in "free virtual keyboard" (without the quotes) and click the mirror to search. It will bring back a page and the Free Virtual Keyboard is listed first. Look to the right of it and click the Download Now button. Download and install it. Once it is install you can look in Start/Programs and right click on it and select Pin to Start Menu then right click again and select Desktop (Create Shortcut). It's a neat keyboard to have just in case your real keyboard goes bonkers. You simply click on the letter with your mouse pointer that you want. It has all the functionality of a physical keyboard. You can open a web page, place your mouse in the address line then bring up the virtual keyboard by clicking on it from your desktop or start menu and it will sit on top of whatever you were trying to do. You can move it to see the typing area as you click on a letter. It works the same way if you opened a word document. In your case anytime you need the space bar, just click on it.

When i am typing @ cant instead @ the letter is " please help

The keyboard is set up wrongly or the laptop isn't one set up for your country.
If you get " when typing @ try typing SHIFT and 2 for the @ symbol.
You can change keyboard settings in Control Panel.

Laptop keyboard- when using the letter t opens a new tab.. sometimes using the key r will close a tab. It happens when surfing or composing emails.

It sounds like the Ctrl key is stuck. Tap both of them a couple of times to get unstuck. This should work. Best of luck to you :)

Model SK-8315. Keys pressed do not respond to the letter required.

1) Install the correct driver for your keyboard.

2)
For Windows XP: Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages tab -> Details button (which opens Text Services and Input Languages dialog box) -> Installed Services -> Add button -> Keyboard layout/IME -> (There you choose your keyboard layout)

For Windows Vista: Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Keyboards and Languages tab -> Change keyboards button General tab

I think its likely to be a hardware problem but check that your keyboard settings are correct for your country. Look in the control panel and then Keyboard settings.

Keyboard not working Properly

Try plugging in an external USB keyboard, and see if it works.
To clean the micro momentary switches on the keyboard itself, you'll need non residual/conductive contact cleaner that is not petroleum based and disconnect it before spraying it directly into and around the little button on each switch. I wouldn't think it would be a dirty/stuck switch though as you explained it only malfunctions after stroking a key. Another thing you could try is a clean install of your preferred OS.
I'll think some more on this, but the above came to mind first.
