Screen saver displaying unwanted message

I have just been given a Hyundai Image Quest Q910 Monitor. When the screen saver cuts in, instead of the screen turning black, the monitor displays a large 'no signal' message. This message does not leave the screen. Is there any way I can eradicate it?

This happens on monitors with a sleep type function. Make sure that the sleep mode is turned off and that it is set to never turn off inside of windows. Then the no signal error should not come on again.
