Question about Kenmore Refrigerators
Your selector solenoid is not working. Next to the auger motor there is a selector. You will see a plastic peice in a hole to the left of the auger.....Try to move it up and down. If it won't move it is more than likely frozen in one spot. Try to defrost it. If that does not work then replace the solenoid.

Yep - There is a little arm located under the ice tray. When it is turned by the white solenoid lever located in the rack assembly behind the ice tray it opens to release cubed ice. If it gets stuck in the upward position then everything goes through the crusher. I removed the ice tray then jiggled the the white box/lever up and down on the rack assembly and it broke free. Now my dispenser is giving cubes again.
