Hello NotAsUsual. I also had this problem, and installed the drivers on Motorola's website, but with no success. The computer still can't see the phone. I thought I would do better by getting away from Microsoft products, but so far Motorola has been a 24 hour continuing disappointment. I've even considered selling this thing back on Ebay after one day! Maybe that's why Motorola is giving up on Phones!
Motorola did not list your driver separately, but if you have Motorola Phone Tools (you can get it for dirt cheap on eBay).
I am sure the driver is included there as well, as your model is listed by them.

Hi, 3 items top choose from ... 1) There is a sync button at the base of the wireless mouse and the wireless receiver. Press the button on the wireless receiver and then on the wireless mouse. They should now sync. and your mouse should then function. 2) Most likely that the drivers for the mouse may have been updated when your pc does windows update. You may need to re-install the drivers for the wireless mouse 3) reboot computer. Good luck .. hope this helps.......
You can download the PC Software for Motorola A1200 from this Link according to your system's Operating System.

REFORMAT FOR WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER - Erases Everything: Connect your Sansa player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "Sansa 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.
FIRMWARE UPGRADE - Erases Everything: Get the latest firmware upgrade from Sansa - it updates the firmware and erases every song in the player all at once. Note: this method doesn't work if already have the latest firmware. Go to this website and click "Firmware Updater" to find out: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/DriverDownloads.aspx
