Question about JVC Televison & Video
Thanks for using FixYa. These blinking lights indicates error code which indicate burnt/swollen capacitors on the power supply board. This fault is detected by your TV and its fault protection circuit is not letting you turn on the TV. Try to reset the TV by unplugging it for 10-12 hours and then check if it works.
If not then it is due to capacitors on the power supply board. And that may have also rendered the power supply faulty. You’ll need to get this checked as the TV even in off condition contains very high value of voltages which can be fatal.
