I need the acer monitor drivers for windows seven al1706a

As I'm sure you're aware Acer doesn't offer a specific driver for this monitor. However, any driver for your video card that offers a 1280 x 1024 screen resolution should work. What screen resolutions does your current driver offer? If you want to update your video driver download a newer video driver from the firm that made your video chip. You can find out what you've got by launching Device Manager. (click on the start button and type device manager into the search box) If you decide to update your video driver click on Display adapters entry in Device Manager and right click on the video chip entry that will emerge as a subgroup. Select update driver software from the choices displayed when you right click. Then tell it where the driver you've downloaded is located.

I just downloaded hunting unlimited 2009 sys_no_graphics problem

This is from the ValuSOft site. Looks like your video card does not mee the requirments for the game. You will need to upgrade the video card.

If your video card does fully support the necessary requirements, as listed on the box,
you may need to update your video card drivers.

You should update your video card drivers from the video card manufacturer's web site
and not the computer manufacturer's Website (IE Dell, HP etc)
Common Video card manufacturers are...
ATI's Home Page
nVidia's Home Page
Intel's Home Page

If you need assistance determining your current video card and manufacturer
please visit the following link. This link will guide you in determining your
current hardware and drivers.

I loade game and it tells me get current driver contac video mfg.

Well when you first turn your computer on where it counts up the memory it usually tells you what kind of video card you have. Barring that it's either an Nvidia or an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator. you can go to http://gd.panam.acer.com/home/ and punch in your notebook model number and such and then it will take you to a page with either driver. Select the Nvidia one first and it should tell you if you don't have that video card then you can do the other one. If not install the Intel driver. Once you get a driver to install and find out what kind of card you have then you need to go to www.intel.com or www.nvidia.com and get the newest driver available. I know at Nvidia you can just download one driver and it will autodetect your videocard and install the right one for you.

I just got this computer and it wont play my games say to contact video card vender to update latest video driver

If you look on the video card there will be a sticker with the model number on it. you cansearch for it on google to then find out who manufactures the video card. then you can go to there website to download the most current driver for the video card. also you can right click your desktop go to properties the on the settings tab click the advanced button. the under the adapter tab it should inform you of the video card you have in the pc. then you can go to their website to get the most current driver.

Drivers

This is a problem with the video drivers not the monitor. I would download the newest drivers for your video card, uninstall the current drivers, then install the new ones.

Swap 9800 Pro for 9700 Pro

You must uninstall the current driver and reinstall the driver for the 9800 Pro first:
http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html
Power supply recommended is 300watt for each, so that is not a factor. It would have to be a driver conflict.
