Yes, it can be replaced. Send it to the Nikon USA repair depot or take it to a qualified camera repair man. It will not be covered under warranty so it will cost you (I don't know how much).

I'm trying to read this correctly, is it the lens that is cracked or the camera/camera body mount?
If it is just the lens you may find it less expensive to purchase a new lens the 18-55mm is a kit lens and fairly inexpensive to purchase over repairing one. If it is the camera I'm not sure what to suggest and the repair would be very expensive to replace the chassis outer body.

Cracked lens on Samsung Pro 815

As it would mean the replacement of the entire lens assembly, even if repair is possible it would not be financially viable.

By cracked, I assume you mean the LCD display screen? If so, it will likely cost more than the camera's value. The quarters could have easily caused the problem.

OUTER LENS POPPED OUT

Since you are out of warranty you have to repair it yourself or get a new one. If you can open it and take it all apart it's pretty simple just remember how things look on the inside. All lenses that retract are on a little motor and gears. This is what you have to check and unfortunately it's usually under everything else. If you can get there see if the gear housing is cracked, the gears are in place and not striped and meshing ok. I believe it is going to be the gears. It's not as hard to take a part as people make it seem.
