I have a printer with brand Epson Stylus C45. The other day it just stopped being detected by my computer and the red light just continue blinking. One of my friend told me to ask an expert in the internet where to get a reset driver program. Can you help me with my problem.

- I have the same problem with my HP Deskjet 855C, and the carriage does not move when I open the lid. It's like the memory needs to be cleared or something and I don't know how to do it. Please help! Thanks- ksraber

if you open the lid of the printer with the power on does the carriage move to the left?
