There is nothing problem with your blackberry storm 9530 unlock code, and i think your blackberry unlock code is work fine, you just need to reset your phone or you can reinstall your browser. That's not a big problem it just a software bug after unlocked.

If your BlackBerry Bold 9000 series device is frozen or not responding, you will probably want to reset the unit. Here are the different types of resets that can be perfomed in the order they should be tried.
Soft Reset
Press ALT + RIGHT SHIFT(CAP) + DELETE.
Double-Soft Reset
Press ALT + RIGHT SHIFT(CAP) + DELETE . The screen will go blank for a few seconds. When the screen comes back on, immediately press ALT + RIGHT SHIFT(CAP) + DELETE again.
Hard Reset
If none of the above works, pull the battery out of the unit for a few seconds, then reinsert it.

I locked my phone. Every time I unlock it I would have to put my password in. I put my password in, and it said incorrect. I know it was correct, I don't forget my password. So I kept trying it and trying...

You will need to reset the phone for everything to return to normal. I would advice you perform a double soft reset, though it is a bit tactical. Performinga SOFT reset on the BlackBerry device Performing a soft reset stops allapplications on the BlackBerry device by pressing the ALT+RIGHTSHIFT(CAP)+DELETE keys. A soft reset re-establishes communication between theBlackBerry device and the computer.

Performinga DOUBLE-SOFT reset on the BlackBerry device Performing a double-soft reset stopsall applications on the BlackBerry device and is nearly the equivalent of ahard reset. Timing however is critical. Perform a soft reset by pressing theALT+RIGHT SHIFT(CAP)+DELETE keys. The screen will go blank. When the screen isno longer black, press the ALT+RIGHT SHIFT(CAP)+DELETE keys again. You shouldthen see another blank screen followed by an hour glass. HOPE THESE HELPED

Perform a hard reset by removing the battery from the smartphone andreinserting it. For more information on this procedure, see KB02141.

A reset of a BlackBerry smartphone is a troubleshooting method thatcompletely turns off and restarts the BlackBerry smartphone's operatingsystem software and applications. It is a useful first step if aBlackBerry smartphone is experiencing hardware, software, or wirelessnetwork problems.
Note: A reset of a BlackBerry smartphone does not delete any settings or data.
There are two options for performing a reset: a hard reset and a soft reset.
A hard reset involves physically removing thebattery from the BlackBerry smartphone and then reinserting it. Toperform a hard reset, complete the following steps:
  1. Remove the battery cover from the back of the BlackBerry smartphone.
  2. Remove the battery, and then reinsert it after a few seconds.
  3. Replace the battery cover.
A soft reset is a three-key combination that resetsthe BlackBerry smartphone without removing the battery. It is onlyavailable on BlackBerry smartphone models with a QWERTY keyboard. Donot attempt to perform a soft reset on BlackBerry smartphones that areequipped with SureType® technology or the SurePress™ touch screen, suchas the BlackBerry® Pearl™ Series, BlackBerry® Pearl™ Flip Series, andBlackBerry® Storm™ smartphone.
To perform a soft reset, complete the following steps:
  1. Press and hold the Alt key on the BlackBerry smartphone.
  2. While holding down the Alt key, press and hold the Right Shift key.
  3. With both of those buttons still pressed, press the Backspace/Deletekey. The display on the BlackBerry smartphone turns off to indicatethat the reset has started, and the keys can now be released.
Note: Some BlackBerry smartphones do not displaythe Alt, Right Shift, and Backspace/Delete keys in the same manner. However, the location of the keys does not change. Refer to thefollowing graphic for key position

If the error message persists, perform a reload or upgrade theBlackBerry Device Software. For more information on this procedure visit http://us.blackberry.com/support/downloads/

Wy does the screen frozes and blackberry storm 9530

If your screen is stuck on the Blackberry logo, chances are your software is either frozen or has become corrupt.
Step one would be to attempt to soft reset the phone, by removing the battery out from the back of your device and re-inserting it. Note that Blackberries can take anywhere up to 15+ minutes to load the Blackberry Operating System, depending on how much data is loaded onto the phone.
If a soft-reset did not solve your issue after giving it proper time to load, it is likely that it needs to be hooked up to a computer and have its software wiped. This is not an easy procedure. The video below should assist you in performing this if needed.
Finally, if that doesn't work, you may just need to replace your blackberry by taking it to your wireless carrier's nearest store.
