Question about GE EasyCam Webcam
Please check the device manager to see whether the Webcam is installed or not.
To open the Device Manager:
1) Right-click on My Computer icon on the desktop, then select Properties
2) Then click on the Hardware Tab and click on Device Manager
You will see all the connected devices in the list. Check whether any Devices are listed with a yellow question mark or exclamation mark. This is seen if there are any drivers missing.
Also, you can check whether the webcam is fuctioning or not. To do this:
1) Open Windows Movie Maker from Start>All programs>Windows Movie Maker
2) When the Movie Maker opens, click on File then select Capture Video
If you webcam is fuctioning properly then you should be able to capture a video clip.
