Question about Apple iPod classic MP3 Player

1 Answer

I dropped my iPod classic 80GB. I dont think I got any water into it. It has been 3 days now. When I play my iPod the music coming through the head phones is fuzzy and interfeered. It also wont connect to play music through the USB port on the bottom of the ipod.

If your device gets covered in water, act fast and rationally, and you may be able to save your device.

1. DO NOT TRY TO TURN IT ON
2. Pull out the battery.
3. Please your device and battery into a bowl of uncooked rice to absorb any moisture.
4. Please it in a warm, dry place where it can receive direct sunlight.
5. Be patient. It is recommended that you leave it in there for at least 48 hours.
6. After 48 hours, put the battery back in and power on.

Advice about ipod 80gb classic

YOu should use itunes. LIMewire is only trouble. The majority of hard drives and ipods i have to repair is because of the unfiltered garbage coming thru limewire. Now ipod will play universal formats, and you will need itunes to load music onto the ipod anyway as limewire cannot do that.
