It may sound obvious, but you should just press the number 1 button for channel 1 and there you (should) go. If not, try pressing the AV button and it might go through the AV inputs until you get back to the antenna channels.

go into the menu-there will be a section where you can select tuner function-select eithor cable or ant then autoprogram tv
