Please can you say me how to set correct margin size for Printer Zebra Xiiii plus

choose the "View > View Options" Menu with the BT document open and now enable the "Show Unprintable Region" checkbox. Will you now see the unprintable width margins covering part of the left margin of your label? If yes, then this means that due to the unprintable width of the printer you cannot print on this are (this the related to the printers print head tolerance).
With regards to the not being able to print on the bottom side, this could be a page setup issue. Please attach your BT document to this forum topic by using the "More Reply Options" button.

Eltron 2844 prints previous job over and over

Make sure the label size is correct, if the print encounters a gap before it is complete; it will re-print the same label. In MS Word make sure the page size is set to the correct size including any headers and footers and Width etc.

I have an HP 5550 Series Deskjet printer. Only recently, I have encountered difficulty printing labels. I have double-checked the Printing Properties, including label size, label paper size, Avery paper #,...

This printer have the capabilites of sense the size of label, each colomn width.
So, you must set the right size of colomn width, in your application (ms. word) to match label width.

May this help.

Q#1, is the DPI the same as the other printers? there is also an option in the menu to rescale DPI that could cause the issueprint out a setup label from the printer and compare it to one of the other printers.
