After searching for a pair of eyecups for my early 70s Sportview 7X50, I made my own with nylon webbing (from a dog leash) held on with skinny wire ties. They're black, they're soft, and they look like Harrison Ford took them on a trip to Machu Picchu. Tom

Due to the fact that Leitz is now Leica, and has been for some time, parts are no longer available for these binoculars. You may find that there is a repair agent somewhere, such as Captain's Nautical Supplies in Seattle, that may have some old eyecups still in stock that may fit your binoculars. Worth a try as they are such nice binocs.
