Question about Bissell 9500 ProHeat 2X CleanShot Upright Deep Cleaner, Red Berends Vacuum
I have the 9200 bissell proheat steam cleaner. i have it on heavy traffic and floor cleaner ... when i hold the handle in , it puts out the water but i can't get it to **** up the dirt..' the woman i got it from said when you fill the water up in the bottom it should have the clean water in the bag and when it sucks up the dirty water it will be on the outside of the bag... but when i was done the water was gone out of the bag and there was no dirty water on the outside of the bag
You must have a suction problem. Try checking the lint filter, which is located in the top clear plastic section (the section that goes on top of the bladder section - it has the dial to switch from floor to tool use). There is a small plastic lint filter (about 1 inch square) with a little door on it (on my model it is red plastic) . Open the door, remove the hair or whatever is clogging it and hopefully your problem will be solved. And the lady you got it from is correct, the dirty water is stored in the area that surrounds the clean water bladder.
