According to the mobile instruction menu, read them carefully, there is a menu about Mp3 setting it seems. Other side, suggest you to contact the supplier service center for help.
I think the solution for that is to Reset Factory Settings in the Settings menu.
If it still doesn't work, bring it to a Nokia Service Center to diagnose and fix your phone.

most probably the display strip have been get damaged, the only way to get it properly back is to send it to authorized nokia service center near you.
I am very sorry to inform you, but doing this repair will basically cost you the same as just buying a new phone. I know this is not what you wanted to hear, but if you take the cost of the part plus the cost of the labour, you will end up paying the same, or even more for the repair.
water seems to damage the phone, but it can be repaired at a service centre but wud cost a bit, water damage is not covered under warranty. u may also try keeping ur phone in sunlight before giving t for repair....it helps.
It must because firmware problem. This could be due to partial installation of updates. It would be better to go to your nearest Nokia service center and get it repaired.
Heyas, my Nokia N81 got drawn on water last time( wasnt drawn for so long time, only 10 secs or less, iv'e cleaned it with propionic alcohol ( 24hours ).. it works but theres no displayy, only white screen, can you guys please help me ? thanks.
