Question about Apple Audio Players & Recorders
Toggle the hold switch on you ipod.
Reset your ipod by holding down simultaneously the menu and center button for about ten seconds or until you do see an Apple logo on the screen.
Try to plug it in a computer and try restoring it.
If all the suggested solutions fail then it might be that the button on your ipod is faulty.
Try to go to the nearest Apple Service Center in your area.
