How do you know it's not booting if theres nothing on the screen? If the screen is black but the fans and hard drive start please let me know as that means the machine is booting up and something else is wrong

try safe mode if it did not work try to use C; prompt and go and delete the new file that contain lots of bites under *.dll or *.sys it is used for
Auto hyphenations and if you had your cpu on auto sometiomes it takes over the hard disk and creat large files that will not allow the hardrive to boot.
