Question about Televison & Video
My Olevia Model 427-S11 is connected to Qwest Cable. While trying to turn the volume down, I inadvertently hit the "Source" button. Now I have no picture or sound. The TV was working fine until I did this. Qwest cannot help me as I do not know what type of cable connection I have (I live in an RV and the TV and cable box are installed in a cabinet and I cannot move it. What should I do? I have tried all Quest's "suggestions" without success.
My olevia tv has no sound did i plug in the wrong wire

Silly suggestion, but did you hit the "Source" button again a few times?
According to the manual, the "Source" button changes between the following long list of options:
Tuner, Composite, S-Video, Component, HDMI, VGA, and VGA component.
So you'll have to hit it 6 more times to come back to what you were using.
Olevia went out of business in 2008, so their website is defunct. Here is a link to what I believe is your manual on another website.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
