Question about Kenmore 40494 / 40495 / 40499 Electric Single Oven
I have a kenmore dryer mod#11076712695. I own it for many years now.
And i been drying my cloth for 2 hrs and there's no heat. But the dryer still
spin.Would you tell me what wrong with my dryer. and i check everything too
First and most importantly you have to be sure the venting is completly clear of debris and lint. Then remove and inspect the heating element and all thermostats with a multi-meter. Unless your familiar with this type of procedure you might consider calling a technician. Your wasting too much energy and money drying clothes for 2 hours. Technician much cheaper in long run. Good Luck tatau.

If your dryer is not drying like it once did or if you just have not taken the time to give yourself a clean dryer in a long time then you need to do that. At least once a year the dryer cleaning should take place. Lint build up in the dryer duct is one of the main causes for your dryer to fail.
