If you need something that is not in that group of downloads, you would need to contact Brother to order additional items.

i have brother printer mfc 420cn nd i change my computer nd i an trying to run the printer in my another computer but i lost the instalation disk nd all papers so can you help me in what i have to do now?

i do not have the cd for prosuite for brothers mfc 420cn. i am using windows vista os. downloading the drivers from your web site does not help and i have trouble printing pdf pages from e-mail.
what do you suggest?

my whole computer went down and I had to reinstall everything all over again. | have tried to install the cd to reinstall the printer drivers using the MFL PRO SUITE INSTALLATION. it say's connect the USB cable to the PC and the machine. Switch the machine on. Please wait for the installation process to continue. It's been doing this for over one hour. I don't think it's working. I still can't print. Not sure what to do now. Please help me.. Thanks
