Hello. this is an aggravating problem that can be fixed. that said, as I explain what has to be done, please go to a pro if you are not comfortable or even familiar with what has to be done.

If you do not have enough ram and cpulagging blu ray - 2.gif power this can cause the problem you mention.

The format you save as could also be a factor. If you save as AVI then change it to MPG or another format and check it again.

It could also be the player you use. It may require what are known as CODECS these are available free from many places but before you go get as many as you can be warned that to many or the wrong ones can also cause problems.
You may want to start with these below

KLM Pack

Any one of the above could cause your problem and you might want to carefully check each one before moving to the next

Are you using a SCART cable? Because, if you are, that could delay the sound/picture from the xbox to the TV.
And if you are using a SCART cable, you should try to get a HDMI cable, which has better quality aswell.
Id that's not he problem, you should check with anything else, like a dvd-player or blu-ray, if that lags aswell, because it might be the TV.
If not, then check all cables from/to the xbox.

That shouldn't happen, what kind of cable are you using? you should try an hdmi cable. its electronic so it either works or doesn't and there shouldn't be any lag at all.

Flat panel TV's do have a lag time involved in writing the information (picture) onto the panel. Some will have less lag time than others.
