Question about Saeco Royal Professional Espresso Machine
Dredge draw being locked usually means the brewgroup is locked in place. Brewgroup locked in place will stop the dredge draw from coming out.
Now the question is why did the brew group locked up. There's a screw on the brew group that you can unfasten, turn the machine on and it may set it back to default position. Then you screw it back in and everything shoudl be fine.
If the group doesn't go back to default it could be a few other things. If it doesn't set back to default and is still locked up i'd suggest sending it in to a repair shop as it could be broken gears, compacted coffee in the brew group, or a dead brew group motor.
