If you can make more clear or better to post the exact message that appears and on what occasion, then, perhaps, we can be able to FixYa.

If you mean Windows 8 will not load to the login screen then you may need to reinstall Windows. Most manufacturers will supply a system restore disc or during the inital boot you may see a press F# to recover. If you didn't get a disc you will need to contact Lenovo to have them ship you a disc.

I cant see anything on my computer disktop it doesnt show any icons just only shows desktop wallpaper? how to resolve it

Hi, sounds like your operating system has encountered a problem. You can restore your system to a previous time before the problem occured, by booting into safe mode. To do this press the ESC or Del key during initial boot fase and select boot in safe mode. If this does not work your other option could be to do a system restore, by placing your operating system into the cd driver.

Hi i'm Rain.

Sometimes when installing hardware it may try to use drivers that are already on your system. Which leads to corruption.
Ok follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Remove the component you installed, it may not be compatible .
  1. Click Start
  2. Click All Programs.
  3. Click Accessories.
  4. Click System Tools.
  5. Click System Restore.
Leave the default setting {Restore My Computer to an earlier date}. Click next and select a date that you know for sure was before the problem accured.
Click next and allow the computer to restore to the date you selected.
After computer unit reboots check to see if the problem is still there.
You may need to do a system repair to correct the problem .

Internet explorer being constantly shut down and being knocked off line ,also I am unable to go to system restore successfully.

The system restore component in windows is mostly flawed and causes more problems than it fixes.

If you must restore to the point of purchase use the windows installation disk or system restore disk that came with your pc.
