Question about Toshiba Televison & Video
I have a Veryo old tv. the red led is light, but I can't turn the tv on. I hear a blinking noise. If you have a solution for this problem please mail me.thanks
Hello Freddy when trying this please be very careful unplug your tv set from the wall outlet leave it like that for acouple of hours 4 hours or so,take the back cover off your tv set and right next to where the power cord comes into your tv set you are going to see a fuse that looks like the one in the picture below, check the fuse visually if you can see the little wire in the middle then most likely the fuse is good, the best way to check it is with a DVM (digital volt meter) for continuity this is the best and most accurate way to check the fuse.If the fuse turns out to be good then the problem is more then likely coming from the flyback transformer or the horizontal output transistor both of this circuits can cause this problem as well. But lets take it one step at a time and try my first suggestions thank you hope this helps.
