Phone lines shuts down

After ten or five minutes uploading at the highest speed that my internet provider allows, the two phone lines shuts down. No light signalization, nobody can call me nor can i call somebody. I have to restart my spa 2102 or limit the upload speed, then after a few minutes it's OK, but sometimes it takes a little bit longer(hours).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sounds like you need a service tech to check your connection out there. VOIP hates latency and if it detects it, it will shut down.
You can go to PingPlotter.com and they will show you have to check if you have a good internet connection.

Why does it freeze trying to,get programs

Typically stream freezing is caused by a slow Internet, or download speed. Unfortunately most Internet service providers don't give you their full speeds as advertised, and some actually "throttle-down" you speed during heavy usage periods, leaving the user wondering why everything got so slow. 5Meg download speeds are sufficient to handle a single High-Def stream, yet uninterrupted lower resolutions can be achieved at just over 1Meg. Then there's the compression technology used to send the stream. Netflix for instance has excellent compression, and will also automatically detect a slower connection, reducing the quality, or resolution, delivered.
You can try testing your upload, and download speeds at a number of test sites... Try Googling "Speed test" here's an example: Speedtest net by Ookla The Global Broadband Speed Test
Unfortunately these tests don't provide a complete picture of what's happening when applied to streaming results, as providers usually allow a few minutes of top speed initially then begin their slow-down.
I'm able to stream two separate movies, uninterrupted, from Netflix, at just under 3Meg, on DSL. Some cable providers claim high speeds, but curiously are unable to deliver uninterrupted streams unless you upgrade your service at an additional monthly cost?

How to Check main causes of Hissing Noise on phone line ?

The main causes of Hissing Noise on phone line

* Weather:

* Electrical interference:

Check radio or television transmitters, transformers and other electronic devices may causing noise on the phone line.

* Other phone devices:
Check for the Connection to the FAX check by unpluging the FAX Machine or answering machines,

Disconnect the Splitters or devices that allow two phones to fit on one phone jack -- can cause phone line noise.

* DSL services:
The high-frequency signals coming from DSL (digital subscriber line) devices sharing the phone line can create problems for other technology connected to the line.

***Note : high-frequency signals coming from DSL helps for FAST Internet Connection speed which sometime cause the problem to the Phone or Voice signals for this need to contact to ISP to check the Voice margin .. that may effect your internet Speed

I just brought a Tp-link TD-w896ON but the internet speed 1.67 mbps ??

The line speed is controlled by your internet service provider, not by your router. If you have something like AT&T as your internet service provider, then they sell 3 or 4 different line speeds or packages. The cheapest will get you the slowest line speed. So if you have a 300mbps router but you purchased AT&T's cheapest line speed it will never allow you to do downloads, uploads or streams at 300mbps. You gotta Pay to Play. :)

I have a 1996 Grand Cherokee when I drive ten mintues the car loses acceleration, I have to pull over wait five or ten minutes and it cranks right back up. Any ideas?

This sounds like a fuel filter issue. You can check for FUEL VOLUME, as well as fuel pressure to confirm. What happens is particulate matter plugs the filter, and during use the filter can become completely restricted. When you shut down, some particles release and allow some fuel to flow.....

Online light blinkin in motorola sb4200

1- Disconnect the power at the back of the modem.
2- Disconnect the internet cable at the back of the modem (the cable from the wall to the modem).
3- Wait at least 2 minutes.
4- Connect the internet cable back.
5- Connect the power cable back.
6- The lights on the front of the modem should start turning on one at a time; the top one first, the second one next...

If the on-line light still blinks, you might want to repeat the steps above after shutting down your computer. Turn on your computer if the on line light is OK (not blinking).

If all fails, call your internet service provider (ISP) to see if the service itself is down for maintenance, or if there is a problem with high-speed internet in your area.

If you have a router, you might want to power it off before trying the steps above. Turn it back on when the on line light is OK.

Usually, I call my neighbor who has the same ISP to see if their internet is down, before I call the ISP company.

Hope that helps.

Unplug the phone from power for about ten minutes and see if that resets it..i'm not sure if that uses and adaptor for power... but be aware it also gets power from the phone line as well... so unplug that too.
