there are two things,, you are either want to transfer the digital camera pictures from you camera, and other is you want to connect you camera to pc and want to shoot live,
for transfering,, generally with common drivers ,, once you connect to pc, you will get a drive letter in matter of seconds of time in your pc,, go to windows explorer and view you can find them..
1. Remove the software- Windows does not need it. 2. Check the batteries are fresh in the camera. 3. Try another lead. 4. if the Memory card is removable- try it in a card reader.
