Question about Sony Ericsson K510i Cellular Phone
The phone is fully functional, just nothing on the display. It did this to me a few times but came back after I gave it a good shake. The display also started scrolling before it went blank.
You need to re-seat replace the ribbon cable that is connecting screen to main board. Possibly out place after unit was dropped.

The push fit / auto fit connector connecting ur dislay ribbon cable to the main pcb has become loose or the self locking mechanism of the connector has become unserviceable. u need to fix the ribbon cable permanently to the connector on the main PCB
