Sounds like you have a shorting membrane keypad, or there any be moisture or grease in the controls. To remove the controller to check for grease and moisture, see the video here. We would need your full model number from the tag in the cooking cavity or elsewhere on the oven to help you further, and our advice is free. Please post a new help request with the full model number.
1) Turn on TV;
2) Press TV on the remote control;
3) Press and hold SETUP, until the red LED indicator blinks twice;
4) Enter 9-9-1-1 on the numeric keypad;
5) Press POWER on the remote;
6) If the TV doesn't respond, repeat #3, #4, #5.
If you havent formatted the phone you can try it but i doubt that there is anything you can do. Alot of Nokia series 60 phones have problems with this and they ussually get replaced. If under warranty
