Sounds like you have a shorting membrane keypad, or there any be moisture or grease in the controls.
To remove the controller to check for grease and moisture, see the video here.

pls change the original UI ,if it is not solved than change the key pad IC (both), it will solve the key pad problem.

If you havent formatted the phone you can try it but i doubt that there is anything you can do. Alot of Nokia series 60 phones have problems with this and they ussually get replaced. If under warranty
