I need a wiring diagram for this product. I had resisitor go out, but I need to find out what the value of teh resisitor is. It is too burnt to see the color code

all resistors are banded with different colors and each band has a specific value
band colors range from black , purple, orange yellow dark green blue red grey and white and color diagrams and values can be found on the net or from shops like Jaycar
however if you want a schematic diagram if you go google and type in schematic diagram for zed 22fx you may be lucky enough to find a pdf version down load
if such a diagram is unavailable unsolder yours and take it to the shop and have it identified and they will have spares for sale

You have not mentioned what electronic equipment you are requesting the details.
You will be able to confirm the transistor value from the stage where it has burned which also goes for the resistor. So take tech help than to try with trials to damage the set much further.

The most common problem would be a bad blower at which you can test for power at the motor connector with a testlight, the other most common problem is the resisitor ,theres one for the front blower and one for the rear blower, you may have a bad resisitor for the rear blower this resistor is located next to blower.theres also arelay in the fuse/relay box next to the battery under the hood,the best thing is to start testing for ower at the switch and work your way to resistor, i think you will find a bad resistor to rear blower motor.heres a complete wiring diagram of the whole front and rear heat and ac unit, everything is labeled good luck.

Remove the driver kick panel. Find the orange rubbery wire coming down. Cut it and stip both ends. Measure the resistance rating of the chip on your key and make a resisitor pack using resistors, wire, and connectors from radio shack. The ohm value has to be equal to your chip. The component is a resistor. The problem is going to be determining the resistors value since it was burnt and you can not see the color code. You might try contacting the manufacturer and asking them the value of that specific resistor by including the number like you did in your post R14. If you can find a wiring diagram for the product, it should tell you the value of the resistor also.

Why not eBay? you may be able to find a "lightly" used harness from an appropriate dodge or Chrysler product that uses your engines?
Try for a Repair manual or electrical repair segment for an appropriate Chrysler product with your engine.

I'm in the same fix. I learnt that a new pcb is £68 so had the pcb repaired but after the machine has warmed up it now cuts in and out. Like you, I haven't been able to locate a wiring diagram so am trying a last minute lash-up before binning the machine:
A friend suggested that since we all seem to only operate the cleaner on full power I should connect the on/off switch direct to the motor bypassing the rheostat and the pcb as in old fashioned machines.

Similar problem, maybe inherent to this sub, found wiring diagram ( can't remember where right now) R46 is 150 ohm - 1/4 watt. As informed by many sources - burnt resisitor just result of other fault - on replacement resisitor just smoked it up again. Have tech attempting to separate power supply from amp to locate problem. WIll post result if faulty component is located. Not much of a sub anyway - just can't bear to throw it away for cost of minor component.
