Question about RTO Outboard Motor Bass Fishing Boat Rod Reel Oil & Grease
You may have spun the hub inside your propeller. Look between the center hub with the splines and the casting of the prop there is a rubber insert in there. See if it is distorted. The nut and washer are keeping the prop on but I think you will find if you put it in gear and try to turn the prop by hand it will spin and the shaft will not move.

Not really sure what is wrong.Do all the gears work?Does the motor rev properly.Did you change the height of the motor. If the motor etc. are all ok and the motor cavitated at high speed, you may have spun the bush in the propeller hub.The symtoms are, everything works ok but the boat can rev but will have very little forward propulsion. If this is it,the prop needs to come off and taken to be rebushed. The bush stops major damage to the g/box if the prop strikes something.Hope this helps
