Question about Weber Genesis Silver B Grill
We can't get the grill temperature to go higher than 200
Barbecue temperature only
reaches 250° to 300° in the HIGH

device turn all burner control knobs
and the cylinder valve OFF.
Disconnect the regulator from the
cylinder. Turn burner control knobs to
HIGH. Wait at least 1 minute. Turn
burner control knobs OFF. Reconnect
the regulator to the cylinder. Turn
cylinder valve on slowly. Refer to

How far are you opening the regulator? Try opening the regulator four full turns then light the burners and let the grill warm up by closing the cover...after about 10 minutes check the thermometer...it should be more than 200 degrees...if not, shut the grill off, let it cool, and check the burners for blockages, if there are no blockages, you may need a new regulator....replacement regulators are easy to find at any home improvement store.
