Your evaporator coils frost up in normal use and every eight hours or so the entire unit shuts down and the defrost heater comes on to melt the frost. This cycle last about 20 minutes. The melted frost drips into a drain pan and through a drain tube to the drain tray under the freezer/refrigerator where it's evaporated by the condenser fan.

Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer.

How do I fix a leaky bothroom sink?

if it's leaking from the drain underneath then you need to put some teflon tape around the threads after removing them, load it up with a bunch and it should stop the leak. if its the valve then you'll have to shut off house water supply and replace the entire valve. if its the line coming from the valve then try teflon tape.

Why is my Little Luxury Water Cooler not cooling the water - it is switched on but blue light not coming on and water not cold

Yeah... most likely the cooling gas has leaked out. to repair it cost more than buying a new unit.

I have a 2003 Ford Taurus I just replaced the radiator and reservoir a new thermostat and it's leaking water what could this be now...oh yeah and replaced the motor transmission fliter

Most likely a loose hose clamp or loose bolts/ bad gasket at the thermostat housing. Is the petcock closed at the bottom of the radiator?

Water leak right next to inlet hoses for heater core . could there be a drain hole there

Yes, they typicaly about the same size as a pen. Make sure that it is just water comming out, and not coolant. If water, this is normall from condinsation, if coolant, you will need to change the heater core.
