Question about Adobe Acrobat 6.0 for PC
I just purchased a brand-new laptop a mere few weeks ago; 8/12/2009, in fact. Problem is only with online pdf's too; I can view the ones I already have just fine. I have Adobe Reader 9 on my Dell Studio 1555, Intel Core Duo CPU T6500 @ 2.10 GHz, w/ 4 GB RAM, 64-bit OS. I tried opening a file I already had & then retrying downloading/opening an online pdf, but to no avail. Please Help!
In Inernet Explorer window, click Tools menu, find Manage Add-Ons.In the window that open look for a drop-down list, select all add-ons and see if Adobe Browser helper Object add-on is enabled. Enable it if it is not. If that does not work reinstall Adobe Reader.
Hope it helps

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
