I have downloaded some of my CDs and then put them on to my MP3 but now I can't get them to play. They play when MP3 is plugged into computer but not when it isn't. Please help

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet toyour computer and then copy them to your MP3 player. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs tomp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and thencopy them to your MP3 player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

MY DVD DRIVE IS NOT PLAYING pioneer dvd-rw dvr-k17lf ata device IS NOT PLLAYING

It could be the driver. I have an acer 5100 and downloaded their update for the driver and it stopped working. My buddy and I had to go into the registry to manually remove the new driver and install the original one.
Try updating or checking the drivers for it.

Skips Through Songs without Playing them

Do you have it set on SHUFFLE? That may be the problem - SHUFFLE will play songs randomly instead of in order.
You can tell if it is in SHUFFLE mode when you look at the screen between the battery ICON and the PLAY ICON -
Press the top right button until there is nothing between those two icons.

Playstation 3 wont read some cds or play downloaded demos.

I'm also having this problem as well, it has to do with the OS and it is corrupted. It seems like the "Game mode" has been corrupted preventing us from playing games on the hard drive or reading games.

Use Windows Media Player or Rhapsody to synchronize

Schronizing to suscrition.

Do you have a subscription with Rhapsody or Napster? If so, you need to log in for them to update your account, which will solve it. If not, did you use your own music from CD's? Did you use Windows Media Player to copy the music to the computer? Did you change the default settings in Windows Media Player? If so, the default settings for WMP are to "copy protect my music", which will give you this error. You will need to change the RIP Music settings in WMP. Tools>Options> un-check the copy protect my music option. Finally, if you have the "Rhapsody" version, there is pre-loaded music on it that if not deleted, will cause this problem. You can format the device to remove the pre-loaded music, or manually delete it from the System folder. Please add to the question if that didnt work. Best of Luck.

hi bobro, when burning the cds, make sure that you are burning it as an audio cd, as this player does not support mp3 formats, just normal audio cds... hope this helps!
