Forgot your computer password and can not regain access? YOU can try to reset or remove it with a password reset disk or another available admin account. If you don't have an administrator account password or a password reset disk, the best way for you to reset Windows password is to get a Windows password recovery tool, like Windows Password Unlocker. It allows you to create a password reset disk CD/DVD and remove lost password with the CD/DVD in 3 simple steps.

I had the same problem as you. when i try to boot up in safe mode, holding down the f8 key it, opens in the same window as before, asking for my password. This kind of situation can only use the third party software. I think Windows Password Seeker is very great.

when starting up the computer repeatedly press F8 until you are offered various boot options.
Choose safe mode and when you get to the login screen there hould be an extra login option for Administrator provided it was not changed from the default there is no password. Or you maybe able to type in and change the logon that way in which case you would use "Administrator" as the user name and again no password.
Once you are in got to the control panel / user accounts / select the account you want to change or remove the password from and use whichever option you want.
Another method is to get a copy of BARTPE or UBCD this cd will let you boot up your computer so that you can access the user list and reset the password. It is available here too and once burnt you tell you bios to boot from cd and let it do just that. It should let you access remote users list and then you would do just the same as shown above.
UBCD maybe a little easier for you to use. and does include a simple to use password changer.
UBCD is like a swiss army knife for computers and has many useful programs.
