Sometimes you have bad insulation problem. on your panel at back of fridge. you must remember that there are condensing pipe running between your panels and if there is a wwekness in your panel insulation, you can get ice buildup on your panel because of condensation. you can get liquid foam to repair the problem. find the position from the bask of the fride and remove the insulation foam in that area. most of the new type fridges have a type of plastic corrugated cover at the back. it is easy to remove a piece and replade it with any kind of covering. its a messy job so goodluck my man.
