Lets check your cable connection first if all is connected hand tight on the back of the receiver, check the sat in connection. once your done, press the menu button on the remote, that is located on the upper left of the remote, once you have the main menu, press 6,1,1 on the remote on it will go to point dish, select check switch on the point dish screen, that is on the upper right of the screen, once you select check switch, it will go to the installation summary, you will see port1-119-ok-1k.2, port2-ok-1k.2 port3-con-1k.2, select test on the butom of the screen, it will run a test up to 3 or 4, it depends on the status of the lnbf, once its done, it will show the whole screen of installation summary, port1-119-ok-1k.2, port2-110-ok-1k.2, port3-129-ok-1k.2, once you see these, the problem is fix and you need to select done and it will go back to the point dish, select done, it will show you an option on the screen, then press 0, 3 times on the remote to exist all the way out, it will go to a pic or it will show attention 015, let the progress fiish and let the programming download finish as well. that will fix the problem, just incase still no 129, please unplug the power of the box from the power outlet for 1minute, plug in then you will see attention 015, press the menu button again from the remote, once you see main menu, press on the remote, 6, 1, 3, check on the field g, 119-green, 110-green, 129-green, if you got 129-green, that fix the problem, in case there is no 129, please call 1-800-333-3474, call the tech support of dish network, ask for a service call and inform them that what you did, sometimes they will ask some information, just answer the question, that is only to verify the steps that you did, If 129 sat orbital location is needed on your programming bcoz you have an hd program or your local package broadcast on 129 sat orbital location, they will setup a service call but if the sat 129 is not needed on your programming they will inform you that you dont have to worry about it. granting its needed, they will setup a service call. if you have the extended warranty plan, the service call is $29 but if you dont have, the fee is $49, the extended warranty plan is $5.99 every month. if you have any query pls feel free to get in touch..
