Hi - my machine works perfect except that it has

Hi - my ProHeat 2X 9300 works perfect except that it has no suction on the tool setting. It sprays okay but won't **** up the solution. The carpet cleaning head is great, it sprays and sucks up water. Anyone have a solution?

I posted this same solution for another inquiry but I will state it again in case you can't find it. I tried everything as well to try and get my machine (only used twice) to **** up the dirty water and I couldnt' fix the problem - there was no suction at all. Then I discovered there is a tiny (about 1 inch square) red plastic filter that is in the removable section that has the round dial to switch from floor to tool. As I said, it is a small red plastic square and there is a little door on it. If you flip it open (It actually looks like it can be removed) you will probably find a bunch of hair or carpet fluff. Mine was completely blocked. Remove the stuff and your machine should now **** up the water perfectly. I hope this helps - it took me a long time to figure this thing out!
