Question about Euro-Pro S3325 Handheld Steam Vacuum
My Shark is running out of power a couple of minutes after I have unplugged it from the charger. I have model #APL1172 n What can be done about this?
Likely your battery has failed and you need to replace the unit. If you have test meter you can test the charger output to see if it matches the rating on the outside of the case, Rechargeable batteries fail from being dropped, or charged continually especially if they are not run down to zero before recharging. You can try to drain the battery fully then recharge overnight as a test.
