the bluetooth default code is often a 4 digit number 0000 or 1234
if that does not work - post back the exact make and models of the phone and earpiece and I will try and find the user manual where it may mention the default code used

i can just help you with your bluetooth problem....
press the left soft key which is for 'shortcuts' and there is an option for turning off bluetooth...
otherwise go to menu - settings - connections - bluetooth - options - manage - setup bluetooth - bluetooth power.
PUT H700 HEADSET IN PAIRING MODE 1.Ensure the headset is turned off (indicator light not blinking and headset boom is closed) 2.Press and hold the Call button. After about 4 or 5 seconds, the indicator light becomes steadily lit in magenta 3.Release the Call button and immediately open the headset boom. The indicator light remains lit in magenta. If the indicator light is flashing in blue or not steadily lit when opening the headset boom, repeat steps 1 through 3
Then on your phone, search for new bluetooth devices and connect. the defaault code for the HS is 0000
I had the bluetooth paired with my red motorola raza, I just brought the grey motorola raza and I cannot get the bluetooth to pair with my new phone. It's the same exact phone, just a different color. The bluetooth is fairly new. Now the bluetooth wont come on at all since I tried to pair it with the new phone.
The only thing you really need to know for bluetooth headsets is the code to communicate it to your phone. Go under the connect wireless device option in your cell phone and select the bluetooth. Cause your phone to search for your device. While it is searching, hold down the power button on your bluetooth which should make it begin lighting up purple or some other color after about 5 seconds. You will have to put in a passcode for the headset, which for Motorola is usually 0000, or possibly 9999. Good luck! If you cant find that specific headseat guide, just look for a guide for any Motorola bluetooth headset, they are usually pretty much the same.
