I have a new Mac computer which is not reading the disk for the software .
Can I download it somewhere off the internet so I can put my photos on before Christmas for Grandma?

Finally figured it out!
You have to have the device plugged in with the USB port and switched to "USB update" for the software to work.
I purchased a second keychain and now am having other problems!

- Unplug the device then plug it in and you have two options..."usb charge" and "usb update", choose "usb update" and then open the software. It pulls up a cool box a lot like an IPOD update box. Super easy to do! Good luck! Also, make sure your device takes a good charge before wasting any time putting pictures on it. I had a faulty device and had to exchange it. Common problem!Yes

For the Innovage photo keychain software download,go to http://www.mscustomercare.com Download the software from there. You will get a .zip file. When you "unzip" it, a folder appears on your desktop. Inside that folder is a "package" icon. Double click that and now you have Picture Viewer on your desk top.
However, I am a Mac user, too, just bought this keychain yesterday, chose my photos, got them in the Picture Viewer, but I can't see them on the keychain.!!! I am going to call their tech support. What a bummer1
