Check you replaced the correct fan control sensor switch (not the temperature gauge sender),
Check fan fuse,
Check fan control relay operation,
Check fan will run if power applied directly to it.

In general, assuming you have the proper levels of coolant in the system, the next item to check is the thermostat. It is held in a metal housing bolted to the top of the engine block at the end of the upper radiator hose. This controls the temperature of the coolant in your cooling system. Not operating correctly, it would not allow the hot water in your engine to properly flow to the radiator to be cooled and cause overheating.
If your fan is not coming on at all, it may be that the temperature sensor they are connected to is faulty. The sensor turns on the fans once the coolant reaches a certain temperature. If the sensor is bad, the fans will not turn on regardless of the coolant temperature.
Lastly, if the water pump itself is bad (not circulating the coolant), this will cause overheating. Usually, a bad water pump will begin to show itself as a puddle underneath your car-since bad seals or bearing will cause it to fail this way-but I have also seen where poor maintenance of the coolant itself (not being flushed and changed at required intervals) have allowed deposits in the system to wear the blades inside the pump and reduced its effectiveness.

Is the fan kicking on? Radiator fan! When engine gets hot, radiator fan should kick on under the hood.
If it does, then there is a blockage in the radiator preventing it from circulating the coolant to dump the heat. Get a Rad flush.
If the fan does not kick on, then check the fan fuse and relays, usually found in an electrical distribution box under the hood. Consult your owners manual for its location and specific fuses / relays.
Possible bad fan too.. but disconnect the fan at the plug in the wiring, and test supply wire for voltage, when engine is above normal temperture.
-The radiator fan will be kick on ONLY when the temperature reach about 190-200. Depend on the sensor that you have now.
You can test it by boil it and hook up a digital multi meter to it.
and make sure use a temperature gage to test with, so you know how hot the water when it kick on.
CHECK FUSE AND RELAY.IF ALL IS GOOD.HOT WIRE COOLING FAN USING JUMPER WIRES.USING CAR BATTERY.IF FAN RUNS.ITS GOOD.IF FAN DONT RUN.REPLACE FAN ELECTRIC MOTOR.ALSO SCAN IT. TO MAKE SURE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR IS NOT OPEN.MAKE SURE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR AND COOLANT TEMPERATURE READS SAME ON SCANNER IF NOT REPLACE THE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR. SEE IF COOLANT TEMPERATURE IS BAD THE COOLING FAN OR FANS WONT RUN.
yes, the engine gets hot and has a shut off to protect it from overheating to badly. Repair the fan and see if the problem is corrected. If not please let me know. Thanks
I don't believe your particular vehicle's cooling system needs to be bled during coolant filling, but check the coolant level first. It seems that the coolant level is too low for the sensors to be able to sense the temperature, or the sensors are disconnected. Look for a connector on the intake manifold, near the coolant outlet. Ensure it is properly connected.
