Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
E069 code on canon ir7095 copier. we have changed whatever you can think of. replaced AC/DC HVT. replaced transfer assembly. checked for the ground plate on the fuser. you name it, we have done it. the machine comes out of warmup and start making copies. 100 page or so into it will go to 69 code. very frustrating. please help.
Most often I find a bent bearing holder in the fuser causing this, if that is the case you will see the wear marks on the upper roller.i have alsoseen a cracked or broken collar on the fixing roller causing this. I have also had a bad connection on the back of the fuser cause this. and on one instance a pre-transfer corona assy fixed it. most likely it is in the fuser, I have ran into this close to a hundred times and most of them have been in the fuser.
