YOU MAY NEED A CONTROL BOARD OR A HEATER. THERE IS A CONNECTOR WITH A RED AND GRAY WIRE, THE RED WIRE IS THICKER THAN THE OTHER RED WIRES. IF YOU HAVE 120 VOLTS ON THERED WIRE THE CONTROL IS GOOD. YOU NEED A CLAMP ON AMP METER TO TEST TO SEE IF THERE IS AN AMP DRAW ON THE RED WIRE WHICH WOULD TELL YOU THE HEATER IS WORKING

SOURCE: SKT5102/gb1 - not pumping out
I had a problem that seems to be related, but it came out that the pump was blocked. I had service to open and remove a small plastic clip that had came into the machine accidently. SOURCE: Bosch dishwasher soap dispenser
all you have to do is take a flathead screwdriver and look at the dispenser it has a locking metal around thecase where the dispenser goes. it a press in and listen to it click thats when you know that section is in.the plastic around the dispenser is the section where it snaps in. also unplug the dispenser. its only one plug in. very easy but atrick that i use is make sure the rubber gasket is lubricated with something like dish soap.when installing it you have to push hard and listen for the snaps .nyc appliance repair can handle at 1-888-692-1055 based in nyc

you have to free the propellor to get it to free spin. there is a screw at the base this will give you access to the propellor.its a torc screw. when you get to propellor spin it with your hand and it will free up.

The problem is likely the switch itself. the switch should be part of the control pad, which I think is a single spare. A test on the switch can be done by reading impedance on the control pad wiring harness while operating the switch. If the problem is not the control pad, then the problem is control module. Control module and pad are often sold together as a single control assembly kit.
Spares for this counter-top dishwasher are not available online. You will need to call directly the phone number listed on your Bosch owners manual to check price and availability.
