My NC10 has a crack in the in screen and has destroyed more then half the screen... Can this be fixd? Or is itcheaper to get a new lap top??

My viewpoint is that it's worth repairing,.....that is if YOU do it.

A couple of places from a quick search, that carry the LCD screen for Samsung NC10 series laptops,

http://www.laptopscreenonline.com/samsung-nc10-replacement-screen-laptop-lcd-5863-p.asp

http://www.amazon.com/SAMSUNG-NP-NC10-LAPTOP-SUBSTITUTE-REPLACEMENT/dp/B003TP6K1G

This site has the Service Manual for the Samsung NC10 series of laptops, (Free),

http://www.tim.id.au/blog/tims-laptop-service-manuals/#toc-samsung

Click on the blue NC10.

[This is a PDF file. The computer you are on now has Adobe Reader on it, which uses PDF files.
Allow up to 30 seconds for the file to download)

Replacing the LCD screen is a fairly straightforward affair.
Remove ALL power to the netbook. Remove the AC adapter (Charger) and Battery.
Follow the Service Manual.

If you have additional questions please post in a Comment.

Broken screen

The program wouldn't allow me to give a full explanation of HOW TO REPLACE THE NC10 SCREEN, so Here is the URL of the Samsung users website -
http://www.sammynetbook.com/forum/threads/8968-Everything-you-need-to-know-if-you've-cracked-your-lcd-screen.?highlight=nc10+broken+screen
Just click on it to go to that page
Rudj wrote specifically what to look for and where to look for it - in the first Post (on page 1).
On Page 2 there is a detailed description by Wahoo Disney of how he replaced his screen.

NC10 netbook screen keeps "whiting out"

If you have to wiggle it on the hinges then it sound like it is a bad ribbon cable connection, it it has somehow broken. There is a thin flat ribbon that runs from the pc to the display. Some patience and care will required. If at a ll possible, take it to an authorized service center, should still be under warranty. Best way to test if from one end to other (pin to pin) for continuity with a volt meter.

Need LCD for samsung nc10 netbook. where can I find a cheap one?

I picked up a replacement screen for my notebook about a week ago. You will need to know the part number from your screen. You can retrieve this by calling samsung tech support or by opening your machine up and checking the number on the back of the LCD.

You can purchase a replacement part here:

Good Luck!
