I have a Innovage mini digital camera, cannot download pics to computer.
Have none replaceable family photos taken by grandson on there.
He is pretty upset he cannot get his photos.

I have the Innovage Digital Camera and it came with the installation cd. So, I uploaded it but everytime I try to upload the pictures it says "Cannot connect to camera. Please help.
