Question about Whirlpool GEW9250 Electric Dryer
My dryer suddenly stopped...used all day. Now when I placed a new load in, controled on and pressed start, the "sensing" light comes on, and that's it. The dryer will not proceded further. Please help!
My Duet did not start. Then it did start. I thought it was over heated. I cleaned then vents, and dryer inside and out. It worked a few loads and then did not work.
I found out that the Duet has two latches, one at the top and one at the bottom on my dryer. The have to both be engaged for the dryer to work. It started right up.
Maybe coincidence? But give it a try my friends.

Coasty...I'm a believer in starting small and going bigger. First, turn off power at the breakers and then back on. You must do this on both sides of the line. If this resets everything, you're good. If not, check the rest of the wiring. Still no, then you're going to need that circuit board.
