Question about Logitech QuickCam Messenger Web Camera
My mother bought a logitech quick cam. She has windows xp and can only see her picture in the bottom left of the screen. the main video screen in black. I can see her and see myself in the bottom left of my screen. any suggestions? we can hear each other but just can't see on one of the computers
from the logitech video instructions it says:
Going full screen is easy. When you're on a video call, just click the icon (on the left corner) to enlarge your video to full screen.
Just click on the video or press ESC to return to normal video size.
Picture-in-picture allows you to see what others see. Click on the PIP icon to turn it on.
If this is not working as it is the latest XP driver needs to be downloaded from the logitech web site.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
