Question about Epson Stylus cx7450 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My Epson cx7450 ran out of ink a while ago. I finally purchased all new cartridges and just replaced them. The black wouldn't print and as I was trying to find a solution to the problem, the flashing ink light came on saying that ALL the brand new coloured ink cartridges I had just replaced are now empty. Also, when I had the black working for a bit, every time I would print, it would skip sections of my document. Help!
Did you remove the cartridges when it went out of ink? If so, the printer head is clogged. Anyway, If you didn't remove the cartridges and the "a while ago" means "Long time ago", is more likely the printer head is clogged. You may need to run the "cleaning printer head" feature from the printer or replace the printer head.
Inkjet printers should be used frequently to avoid this issue.
